THREE STOREY TOWNHOUSE PROPOSAL
This was a student project for a Three Storey Townhouse, located in Melbourne's inner suburbs. Completed in 2017, the concept behind the design was based around the clients wants, needs and requirements. After meeting with the client, Sustainable Living was formed and developed further with the client.

Sustainable Living was inspired by all things natural, maintainable and practical. The concept offers a unique design by creating a modern home for a family of four, with industrial aesthetics, using honest and sustainable materials.

The concept utilised sustainability and the importance and benefits of an Eco friendly home, through carefully thought out materials, fixtures and fittings. The colour scheme also inspired by nature.

The design was developed through a range of methods. This included hand sketching and rendering, spatial planning, Revit for drafting, as well as Photoshop for rendering.
Each board contained a material palette display alongside a range of proposed furniture.
